Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By creating a WrapPal account or using the platform, you agree to these terms. WrapPal is wrap shop management software for running projects, customers, teams, production, billing, marketing, and shop operations.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials secure, and for activity by users you invite to your shop. You must be authorized to act on behalf of the business you register.
3. Subscriptions and AI Power
Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. AI Power is the included monthly allowance for AI-assisted features; additional AI Power can be purchased. Unless required by law, fees and unused AI Power are non-refundable and allowances do not carry over between billing periods.
4. Your content
You own the shop, customer, and design content you upload. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and display that content to operate the service, including sending it to AI providers when you run an AI feature. You are responsible for having the rights to any logos, artwork, or customer data you upload.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use WrapPal to break the law, infringe intellectual property, send unsolicited bulk email, attempt to bypass security or usage limits, or resell the platform without a written agreement.
6. Documents and estimates
Agreements, estimates, invoices, and AI-generated content are tools, not legal or financial advice. You are responsible for reviewing any document before sending it to a customer.
7. Availability and liability
The service is provided “as is”. We work to keep WrapPal available and secure but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
8. Termination
You may cancel at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination you may request an export of your shop data.
